Black Magic 101: Exploring the Evolution of  Afrofuturism is an original essay that discusses a variety of Black science fiction authors and their involvement in fantasy genres over the past fifty years. There is also an excerpt from an original manuscript entitled "The Absence of Grace".

Exploring Memphis History: From Artisans to Artists is a brief blog post that offers readers a look into one of the Metal Museum's best exhibits and my thoughts after completing a walk-through of it. 

Metallic Structure

"Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm, for love is what?" "As strong as death." (Time Stamp - 1:37:37)

Strong As Death is a short play about love, betrayal, and murder. This play was commissioned and produced by Horizon Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia as a part of their 2022 New South Young Playwrights Festival. The playwright, DarLinda Wright, was one of 22 playwrights to be selected for the festival.
